"Technology for the quality of life" Master
"Technology for the quality of life" is the title of a Master course promoted by the University of Bologna (Faculty of Education) that will run during the Academic Year 2005/2006.
The part of the programme that focus on Assistive Technology has been developed together with AIAS Ausilioteca and staff members of this independent AT centre are involved as teachers. Training provided by Ausilioteca is characterised by its interdisciplinary and practical approach and by its flexibility in responding to the students’ needs.
The course is an interesting example of the collaboration between a University and an independent AT Centre in the development of an integrated approach to education and training in AT.
